Shipping Information

Customer would receive product within 5-10 business days from when the order is placed.  Weekends and holidays are considered non-business days.  Exclusive apparel items that are held in stock will be sent next day.  Special order apparel may incur additional ship time.  Shipping charges are Price Based:  up to $35/$8.50 charge; $36 to $100/$5.50 charge; all orders over $100 receive FREE shipping.  USPS is currently the preferred shipper on all orders.   

Return/Exchange Policy

Because I Can, LLC is happy to exchange or refund your account if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns and exchanges of items within 10 days of delivery. New items returned within 10 days will receive a 100% refund and must be received via mail return. Returned merchandise must be unworn, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original invoice. If the return is because of a defect or error Because I Can, LLC will pay shipping costs; otherwise the return shipping costs are non-refundable.  Exchange requests must accompany a self-addressed, postage paid envelope.  

No refund will be authorized if the Shipping and Return Policies are not followed as stated.  All sales are final on Gift Certificate, 50% off or more Clearance Items and Contest Winner orders. 

Because I Can, LLC will notify you via e-mail once the item is received and the refund has been processed. The refund will be issued to the same payment method as the original purchase.

There will be no return or exchange on personalized and/or special request apparel orders.
