Tice Talk
A lot of talk this week on the former Vikings Coach, Mike Tice, on whether he should have stayed in Minnesota, his personality as a leader of the team, is he a better 5-5 coach over Childress, etc. All I know is I liked Mike. Yeah, he was a big “lug” but he could motivate (not babysit) and did have a good offensive mind. Tice brought that Minnesota “feel”. I wonder what he could have done with some of the Wilf’s money since he was scrooged for many years under McCombs. Funny, fans wanted Tice canned and the Wilf’s answered and now fans think he would be better then Childress?!?! Again, what a fan fickle state we reside in. You might not see it on the sidelines, but I hear “Chili” has a good sense of humor too! Maybe he just needs to take up cigar smoking and get a reserved for the Head Coach Parking Sign at Bunny’s.
